【Product introduction】
Acid-resistant brick is made of quartz, feldspar and clay as the main raw materials. It is a corrosion-resistant material made by high-temperature oxidation and decomposition. It has high acid and alkali resistance, low water absorption, and is not easy to oxidize at room temperature. In addition to acid, which is hot phosphoric acid, it has excellent anticorrosive effect on warm chlorine brine, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid and other acids and alkalis at any concentration at normal temperature. All drawings and samples can be processed and customized.
Instructions for use:
1. General epoxy resin, acid-resistant cement, and acid-resistant cement can be applied in accordance with the manufacturer's instruction manual when paving;
2. Wash the concrete surface with oxalic acid to achieve acid-base neutralization;
3. Industrial porcelain acid-resistant bricks, the width of the gap between about 8-10mm, the depth of the gap between the gap and the thickness of the brick is appropriate to prevent leakage;
4. After paving, apply oxalic acid to flush the surface to help make it stronger.

This product is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, chemical fiber, papermaking, pharmaceuticals, fertilizer, food, dairy industry, juice, electroplating room and tower, pool, tank, tank and other anti-corrosion projects.
