Firebrick is a refractory material with a certain shape and size. Refractory brick includes clay brick, high aluminum brick, silicon brick, magnesium brick and so on. All kinds of firebricks should follow the following rules during the laying time:
1.Carefully clean the dust and slag on the inner wall of the kiln shell;
2.The inside of the kiln shell should be smooth without uneven phenomenon;
3.The ash joint between the bricks and bricks is controlled at 1.5mm-2mm;
4.The paste should be evenly full, do not have a lack of pulp phenomenon. Apply the mastic evenly, and rub the mastic with the masonry to make the mastic can be micro-extruded;
5.The kiln lining of the masonry should be smooth without wrong platform, should strive to avoid dislocation, tilt, ash joint uneven, from the center, rejoint, through joint, opening, emptying, wool joint, snake bend, masonry bulge and mixing and other common problems;
6.The expansion joint in the firebrick lining, must be left according to the design, shall not be omitted;
7.The lining of important parts and complex parts should be pre-laid first;
8.The lock seam should be firm. When processing bricks, the brick cutting machine should be used for fine processing of bricks, and manual processing of bricks should not be used; The capping brick in the rotary kiln and under the supporting brick plate should not be less than 70% of the original brick; In the flat joint brick and bend brick, not less than 1/2 of the original brick. The lock must be made of raw brick. The processing surface of the brick should not face the inside of the furnace.
9.Refractory materials must be stored in a dry warehouse.
