Analysis Of Refractory Bricks And Castables Used In The Bottom Of Various Indust

There are many kinds of industrial kilns built of refractory brick, such as glass kilns, steel furnaces, iron furnaces and so on. The bottom of the furnace as a part of the industrial kiln, different kiln production environment for this part of the requirements are different, which has led to the market is filled with all kinds of furnace bottom refractory bricks, furnace bottom ramming materials, often make people unable to start when choosing, from the common industrial kiln environment, the inventory of those more common furnace bottom with refractory bricks and furnace bottom with ramming materials.

1. The slag resistant castable at the bottom of the heating furnace is poured as the bottom. The top of the three stages of the heating furnace can be poured with the same material, or clay binding castable or low cement clay castable can be used in the low temperature section, and other low cement and high aluminum castable with higher strength. Insulation board or pouring light or medium castable, thickness of about 50~100mm. The insulation layer should not be too thick, otherwise it will cause the softening layer to increase and the structural strength to weaken.

2. The bottom of the electric furnace is made of magnesia carbon breathable brick and breathable ramming material, and dry ramming material is used for construction. Among them, the magnesium calcium dry ramming material is mainly, with ceramic bonding, low silicon, high calcium, appropriate amount of iron, fine powder, with thin sintering layer, dense sintering, high density, high hot strength, good resistance to molten steel permeability and volume stability. Different furnace types, the thickness of the furnace slope ramming material and the thickness of the furnace bottom ramming material are different, the construction should be layered, 150mm each layer, stamped with feet, stamped with steel to facilitate the exhaust, and finally with a special vibrator.

3. Coke oven bottom The bottom of the oven is composed of ordinary clay bricks and high-strength heat-insulating bricks. Before masonry, the foundation surface elevation should be re-measured, recorded, and levelled with cement mortar. When building ordinary clay bricks and high-strength heat-insulating bricks, the construction is divided into groups, building ordinary clay bricks first, and then building high-strength heat-insulating bricks, requiring full mud. When the elevation of the foundation bottom is low, the cement mortar of the same grade as that of the foundation leveling layer can be used for laying the horizontal joint of the first ordinary clay brick.

4, carbon furnace bottom carbon furnace bottom clay brick section: calcining tank lower clay brick, carbon furnace clay brick can also be used for small blast furnace lining furnace throat, furnace body, furnace cylinder, furnace bottom and large blast furnace body, hot blast furnace, regenerator and partition wall. Clay bricks used in hot blast furnaces are required to have good thermal shock resistance, high softening temperature under load and smaller.

As an indispensable part of most industrial kilns, the working environment is more complex, the selection of refractory bricks, ramming materials are also more, according to the actual production environment to reasonable configuration, and according to the nature of refractory materials for reasonable masonry, so as to maximize the guarantee of the furnace bottom refractory bricks, ramming material service life.
