In order to improve the service life of the inner lining of rotary kiln, in addition to improving the masonry method or using the full-cast lining, new kiln construction methods are adopted in oxidized pellet kiln, lime dolomite kiln, petroleum coke kiln, etc., that is, the casting precast blocks with anchor nails are used in vertical masonry and castable in alternate rows. Specifically, the precast block with anchor nails is erected with refractory mud along the center line of rotary kiln, and then the anchor nails on the block are welded to the shell, and finally the gap between the two rows of precast blocks is poured with refractory castable. This method does not use mold, masonry, anchoring and pouring can be carried out at the same time, is a composite construction method, with simple construction method, saving time and labor, the integrity of the kiln lining is good, the masonry is not easy to loosen, cracking, deformation and fall off and other characteristics, while the prefabricated block is a lightweight and heavy composite, so the thermal insulation effect in the kiln is good. This technology has been widely used and achieved good results. In addition, anchor welding masonry and castable combined with less water addition, overcome the single brick easy to fall off and a single castable shrinkage.
